I understand that you are unable to play videos recorded on your Incredible on your Windows 7 PC and were dissatisfied with the response you received for an email you sent in on the issue. I apologize for any inconvenience this situation may be causing you and wish to offer my assistance. Video recorded on the device is in .3gp format and the codec is mp4v-es. By default, Windows Media Player does not support these formats. Therefore you will either have to download another media player that supports these formats such as VLC or download another third party codec pac. One suggestion, off the record, is the Combined Community Codec Pac (CCCP), which can be located at
www.cccp-project.net/. If you download and run this software, then you should be able to play your videos. Understand that these are outside the realm of HTC support, which is why it was not suggested earlier, and you are proceeding at your own risk. I hope this helps!
