Still getting mismatch

Follow the method that viper posted, but this time don't change the name of the backup folder. Sometimes cwm can be finicky about changing the backup name and will cause errors.

If that doesn't work then try using root browser and go into the backup and save a copy of the original nandroid.md5 file somewhere on your sdcard. Then go back into the backup and delete the nandroid.md5 file from the backup.
Now create a new file by clicking on the "New" button on the root browser menu bar and select "File" then name the file exactly as it was "nandroid.md5" and leave the file empty save and exit the root browser and then try to restore it.

There's probably an app on the play store that would do it also...
