Dude, I dont know why you feel the need to always add a launcher in your roms. I feel it cheapens it and annoys the hell out of me, the only reason why I didn't keep your previous rom. I know I can change the launcher but I cant get rid of it. How do I use your ROM without ANY launcher? Is there a way you can build a seperate one without a launcher for those of us that dont want one?

If you want to use the stock launcher (Launcher2.apk), you can grab it from the b13 deodexed rom and paste it into to /system/app. You will need to change the permissions for the stock launcher once it is in /system/app in order to make it work. Then to get rid of Epic launcher (EpicLauncher.apk), delete it from /system/app.

edit: FYI, you need a launcher for your device to work properly.

Here is a flashable stock launcher. It will remove EpicLauncher.apk and install Launcher2.apk with correct perms. Flash the rom first, then flash the launcher zip. Enjoy!

wow! bro can't you be more respectful when asking for things i just saw your post and felt i had to say something and don't really want to argue but these people are here to help they go out of their way to make these roms for us if for some reason you don't like them don't use them simple as that! had you said " hey SupeR i really don't like that epic launcher can you provide me with the stock launcher apk " would've been just fine but you just had to be a douche about it and look he gave you the link anyway! do me a favor next time be more polite, should try it ain't hard or go somewhere else sorry for the rant but stuff like this really gets in my nerves i hope i haven't offended anyone but had to be said.

You beat me to it.

And, if I take away anything out of life, it's this, .... it's MIS-communication that can (almost) always to be found at the root of problems between people. Meaning and intention get's lost in delivery. (Delivery being the end result, of a hidden, rarely discussed, series of internal dialogues, unfortunately bringing about it's own problems).

Does that happen out there in the wild, among animals do you think?

I can't really believe there's any miscommunication, between animal species, (other than the human one).

Anyway, yea, your not the only one that get's bent, by rude. I just think that this rude, may have been an unfortunate end result of other factors?

And, that's me guessing. I might be way wrong. I'd rather be wrong sometimes though, cause the alternative is the dreaded cynical toward humanity, (of which I am one).

I'm certain you will find with re-reading any post's here in this forum, that's it's the people who, bend over backwards to try and be clear, about what they mean, (instead of being mean) that have set the tone of civility, and respect.
This is necessary because it's not video, no one can see another persons expression. Reading expression is half of most communication.

Cut your losses, and move on, you sounded rude, you were demanding, in your tone. Fortunately Super, a really like and trusted Developer, decided to take the high rode, and cut you the slack, (that you weren't giving him).

On a side note, more on phone topics, how the HE11 do I get rid of the bogus picasa albums and never show up mysteriously again? I've done it before on the last rom, but I updated to this one, and they're back. Forgot how I got rid of em last time. Thanks for the help.
Also, when I'm online, my screen tweaks out and flashes (don't really know how to describe it). Like there's a screen behind it flashing in and out. Or, it'll break the screen up in cubes (1"x1" approximately) of the same image. Wondering if anyone knows what THAT'S about. Thanks again

Not sure about the picasa thing. I don't remember having any picasa albums on my sequent. For the screen issue, did you flash the B13 partitions? If so, it could be a bad digitizer. If not, try flashing them. It might fix it for you.

Yup, I made sure to flash em like you said in the initial description. It was doing it before I updated it. And I can't find picasa when I plug it into my PC and search around. I deleted it using TB, but apparently something else is keeping it in the system.

If you ever ran b13, then there is no need. That only needs to be flashed once.

The tweaks are the same as v3. Host file blocks a bunch of ads. Performance are in build.prop and include some for network and screen. Try it and see what you think

Touching again on the build prop tweaks i'm currently not using this rom but i wanna take advantage of those tweaks so let's say i back up mine (build.prop folder) on the sd card and place yours in system would that work, does that make sense at all or would that cause any adverse effect? Also i don't know if your familiar with an app called AutoKiller Memory Optimizer which adjusts Minfree settings but also makes tweaks to the kernel which in my opinion makes the phone snappier now do you think the build.prop tweaks would in some way clash with the kernel tweaks applied by this app i just mentioned, are they just two completely separate things or just overkill? just trying to make this device the best it can be so any feedback at all would be much appreciated thanks

Your best bet is to try it. Make a backup and test all you want. If something breaks, restore your backup.

Well looks like i screwed up changed the build.prop folder but now my phone won't boot up i backed up in CWM but still it will not go into recovery for some reason i think i bricked it is there anything i can do to unbrick it!

If all you did was replace the file /system/build.prop, it would not cause you to not get into recovery. They are unrelated. Did you try powering off the device and holding vol down and power?
