LOL funny you should ask, I had both colors and ended up keeping the black. The red is pretty but under some lighting the case looked orange. Its a wonderful case and it really covers the phone well.

I bought the black one today. Very nice!! I might've looked into the others, but the store didn't want me opening the boxes pre-purchase, so I chose the safe pick.

No I never tried the clear but I think that is a two piece one and I didn't want that. The two piece ones usually explode off in a drop.

Just remember that the silicone case is 99% effective as birth control.

But it is not an effective device against getting an std.

Yep im loving mine. Only snag is taking it off for the car mount. Otherwise i love it. Covers edges of screen just enough. I had the body glove two piece case on my droid and it exploded as you said when I dropped it. Not a happy camper..

I have the black. I was getting this to hold me over until I got the gradient case. I'm so happy with this, I am now not getting the other case. It is very snug, which is good and bad. I'm hoping it will stretch just enough for the 2150 battery coming out next week from verizon. It will need to stretch about 1/10" for the new battery. I might heat it with a hair dryer if need be.

Not sure if the 2150 mAh will fit. I'm pretty sure the 1 mm difference was referring to the 1750 mAh over the 1300 mAh. Otherwise, they'll have to use some magic to make all that power fit in there.

Hoping that it'll fit, but still somewhat doubtful.

I ordered the purple snap-on and it felt awful in my hand and made the phone look cheap. I got the red silicone case. I'm hoping more colors will come out soon.....

I too have had the black high gloss silicone case since I got my Incredible and find it to be far better than I expected. Fits perfectly, not annoying in the pocket, and adds a nice feel to the phone.

I believe the 1 mm was referring to the 1750 mAh too. I have it installed in my phone and it did add about that much to the battery. I would be surprised if the 2150 mAh was the exact same size.

I also like it! My local VZW even had the red & black gradient one but did not like the two piece design.

How much longer does the silicon case make the phone? Will it fit in a universal PDA pouch with the silicon? The reason I ask is that the Body Glove case makes the DI too long to fit in any pouch I've seen.

I got the black one today. It's not bad but I am very tempted to cut out the buttons for the volume control that are built into the case!! (anyone else have that desire?) Seems like the "volume down" button is now prone to sticking with this case on.

I also got a Zagg shield for it so I need to let that dry for another day before putting the case back on.

I was thinking of buying a siedio hard case when it came out but I haven't had a case before. Do you guys think the silicone is better than a hard case feel wise and just as good for accidental drops?

I really like this silicone case, but I also have been thinking about cutting out the area for the volume buttons. In my case, it's the volume up button that seems to be getting accidentally pressed. Whoever cuts them out first, should post pics of the before and after.

Also, let me know how you like your Zagg shield. I have one on order, but now that I am used to the slickness of the bare screen, I don't know if I will like it with something on it.

That's too bad. The VZW rep at my local store was very nice. She carefully opened the box and let me try the case on the phone. Not all reps created equal.
