Root [Verizon] viper4Android and HD8

viper4Android was a part of the HD7 package. Despite all my attempts I could not locate it while I had HD8 installed. I finalled just downloaded the flashable zip file for vipe4android and installed it. I had a challenge determining if it worked.

Does anyone have it worknig with the stock samsung music player (I assume that is the music player within HD8).

I downloaded amazonMp3 player and that doesn't seem to work.

I downloaded google Music (which I an not a big fan of) but that did appear to work.

What music players does it work with? what setting do you have?
Normal/Compatible?
did you only change the 3 lines in the build.props?

HighOnAndroid has a great YouTube video about viper4Android for the note3. It's anot awesome upgrade to the sound processing on the note3. Virtual surround sound. Audio effects. Stuff like that. It need some build.props updates and doesn't work supposedly with all music players.
