Well if any of you have been over on the Moto Droid's forum, you may have seen my thread in regards to video out on the Droid. Last week, there was a pack released of apk's included with the Incredible and one included was "tvout.apk" I tried installing it onto the droid, but it will not install without the HTC Sense UI (Waiting for the ROM....)

So I am asking all you lovely Incredible owners to help out and see if you have the "tvout.apk" on your phone, or if you see it in a running process. On Tuesday, I had about 10 minutes with an Incredible (Walked into a Verizon retailer when they where getting shipments :D) and I searched through the launcher, widgets, and settings and could not find anything related to video output. I am hopefully buying an Incredible off contract by the end of the month, but I need to find this out for something I am working on.

By the way, if any of you have used the video output on the phone: Is it through the 3.5mm 4 ring jack, or mini USB?

Thanks!

From what i understand an adapter is hooked up/plug into to the DI by way of the USB cable, i haven't tackle that option yet because the cable/adapter is not available.

I installed the app Android System Info and ran through the apps tab and I see TV Out there w/ 0.00B next to it. Hope this helps :)
