YOU DO TO YOUR DEVICE!
HOW TO INSTALL:

1. Download zip file from following link:https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/102693233/framework-res.zip
2. Extract the zip file. You should now have a framework-res.apk file.
3. Using ADB push the framework file to your system/framework directory on your phone.
4. set permission to rw-r-r
5. Reboot

You should now have ripple effect option in settings>lock screen>lock options.

P.S. You must have swipe enabled.
