To tell the truth.. I've been rooted since the day I opened the box.. and of course testing all kinds of roms and the various (almost endless) combinations of kernels to those roms.. I have settled with kt747 as my kernel of choice simply because the application to control it all.. And has the most features I've found, with the most stability..
Anyways I'm rambling.. point is.. I've found that underclocking has (believe it or not) been nothing but detrimental towards my battery life.. I know this sounds backwards.. but I think there may be some truth to this..
If so.. you know me.. I'll dig it up.
In a nutshell.. I have been overclocking very slightly.. and am having the best battery life AND best stability... this is the hands down best Android experience I've ever had.. I'm running the latest update of PAC-rom 4.4.4 with kt747 4.4.x AOSP Kernel overclocked to 1998MHz per core.. (kt747 even comes with a floating CPU temp/speed window.. as an app.) And the newest TWRP 2.7.1.0 for L720.
With this a few CM11 themes from the Playstore.. and.. Not a single problem. Not data nor Wi-Fi...not missing anything or random reboots!!
I am simply.. content.. kinda.. lol now what will I fix?
