Help 3GB Ram not true

I don't think this is even a true LG phone. Maybe corporate is Alibaba.com haha!

I hadn't heard of a 32GB version with 2GB of RAM so I'd definitely return it and go elsewhere. Verify the RAM before you leave.

Sir, i talked to the customer service agent and told them why not just replace my phone with a REAL 3gb Ram one since he confirmed to me that he found two 32GB G3 phones with 2gb & 3gb RAM one. All he told me was that
they are not excluding that POSSIBILITY of replacing the phone. But they need to wait for Korea's reply regarding the issue.

I told them why not replace the phone and why let me wait for Korea's reply. They are the ones who are supposed to wait for Korea's reply regarding on what they will do with those kind of phones.

Our conversation end up with nothing.. They wouldnt replace my phone as of now.

Actually im having more and more problems the longer it gets... I talked to one guy on other forum, and he said that phone replacement from date of purchase will be valid for 7 days. Im on my 5th day now... Im fearing that customer service here is just really delaying my issue so i wont be able to replace my phone.... :(
They are not even ansewring my calls.
I went to their customer service directly and cant even help me. Because the guy i talked to there was absent. So the remaining crew just keeps on telling me to just talk to the person i made contact from them..
Sigh what a crappy service

Actually today, LG customer service together with Main Office made a solution themselves and just contacted me for a phone replacement process.
They've contacted LG KOREA since friday, but no reply coming from them until now. I just wish Korea will answer this. Because many buyers are / will be getting faked if this continues..

Good for Lg customer service they will be replacing my phone.

but Sucks for the phone store i bought this from. Bad service after I bought the product from them. They dont intend to take full responsibility in handling my problem. They dont even want to replace my phone because they reason out LG might sue them if they just replace the phone. The terms and conditions of the phone store are completely opposite from what they are doing.

I guess that retail store policies are different or worse unregulated in your corner of the world.

The warranty alone should have been enough motivation to replace the device there on the spot.

The only reason I can see that the store would have a valid reason for refusing a replacement is that they have a displayed device that is in fact a 2gb/32gb model and you purchased that model unaware that such an animal existed. Now this would still only be a valid stance for the store if you waited until the return policy had expired.

I'm not saying any of the above is the case. I'm only offering a couple of common scenarios that may make this whole situation a little easier to understand.

Just for an update, I have my phone replacement finally Korea has still not replied to this isue btw
It's not likely that you'll hear back from them. If you have received a replacement then they have considered the issue resolved. Your phone was probably dropped in a bin to be refurbished or recycled and forgotten about.

Lol, talk about first world problems.. Its not as if your phone is broken or not working now is it... Chances are that once you get the 3gb version you will not be able to tell the differences anyways.. My 2gb. Poormans issue has never shown any signs of running out of ram no matter what I am doing with it,

Sir my point here is that they sold the phone with that kind of specs inside a 32gb type. What would you do if for example you bought a product which was not the same as what you were told it was? Would it not matter if you pay for the higher price yet you got the wrong spec?
Im not pointing out that im running low on Ram sir.

I appreciate that, and completely agree that the handset should be changed, but when you went a bit diva esque about sitting around waiting all weekend as if your life was on hold till u got more ram..

I was trying to point out that it wasn't the end of the world if it took a few days longer, I just obviously didn't do a good job of it.. 😀

I got 32 gig 3 gig ram mine shows 1.4 gig used 1.6 available it's must only have 2 gigs ram it shows your total memory used and total free at bottom of app settings then pick running. Apps and will show you total ram used and free.it don't ram the system use it will both will add up to your total ram.


Uhh 1.6+1.4= 3 gig of ram...? That's what you have is the 3gig of ram.
