Help Downloading pictures from Galaxy S4

I have reached my limit on photos I can store on my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. I was wondering how I download these photos from my phone to my laptop PC. (I have an HP ENVY.) I just downloaded Wondershare MobileGo but cannot get my pics to download. (BTW, is this a good photo transfer/storage package? I got the 15 day trial.) I also tried my "SkyDrive" package on my PC, but I don't know how to get the photos off my phone to my PC. I'm very frustrated. I need some help!

6664945[/URL]]Thank you for the warm welcome Argedion. I do have a web browser on my pc, but as I said, I have my USB cable plugged into my pc and nothing comes up for me to drag pictures or download them into... Any other thoughts?

Do you see your phone on your PC? (Make sure phone is unlocked or it won't show up) It should come up as a media device. If so, just click it and you should see all your folders. Go to DCIM>camera and you should see your pictures. Then just drag and drop them to a folder on PC.

No, I don't see my phone or any related icon. I turned on my sharing capabilities on my PC. Still no luck. I tried re-inserting my USB cable into my PC. Still only charges my phone. I turned on my phone's WiFi, plus the ability to share with Nearby Devices (in my Settings on my phone) - and still not phone icon has appeared.

Thanks backdoc77 - do I have to download Google+ to my laptop?

No you do not have to load Google plus to your computer. You need too use Google chrome on your PC. Once you get chrome and open it, in the upper right corner is the menu. (Three bars stacked ontop of one another). Once you've logged into chrome on your PC. Look around, somewheres there is an option to see photos that have been synchronized from your phone to chrome.

Here's a link that might help a bit....

Airdroid or ES File Explorer can transfer from the GS4 to a PC via wifi. Depending on what version of Windows you are running, you'll probably have to share the folder on the PC in order to see it in your File app.

PC: File/properties/sharing/advanced sharing/check the box to share the folder/permissions/allow full control... which works for Win8.1.
