Bookmarks - How to delete

I added some bookmarks to the Bookmark Widget that i don't want any longer, but i can't figure out how to delete them. I found another post about the G1 where it said to long press, but that only allows the whole widget to be removed and not individual bookmarks.

I've tried changing the name/link of the bookmarks and all that does is add another bookmark. Please help, now i have too many bookmarks i don't want.

You can't delete them from the widget. Open up the browser first, then hit menu/bookmarks/menu/delete. Then you can check the ones you want to delete.

Thanx man, that worked. I didn't even think it about just going thru browser. It does seem strange tho that you can't do the same from the Bookmark widget using the "menu" button. Maybe that will be a new firmware update.

When I go to menu/bookmars/menu all it gives me is the option to bookmark last page viewed??

There is not delete option. Am I doing something wrong?

long-press on the bookmark you wish to delete, then scroll to the bottom of the menu and select "Delete Bookmark"
