Root I farked up with my SD card

I needed to do a format because I was having reboot issues upon preparing the SD card once the phone is turned on and loading.

Instead of COPYING the SD card contents onto my desktop, I MOVED them and now my phone reboots when I connect to the computer and it reboots when I "unmount" and won't let me reformat.

Ummmm, HELP (please)

I don't, I was just thinking that I should get one. Dammit. Serves me right for ROMming and such at almost 4am and class is at 9:30am.
My alarm works - that's all that matters tonight.
