Big thanks to Sammyz for main firmware link and for showing me how to even do this :3
Also thanks to biggiephil for posting the LG Flash Tool.

Ok, lets start by download the Firmware that we're going to flash here: http://oudhitsquad.com/android/LGE/Firmware/MS323/MS32310b_00.kdz
Alternate firmware download here: Then download the LG Flash Tool here: http://d-h.st/Fph

Once you get those downloaded, extract the files from the LG flash tool zip somewhere. And to make things a little easier, put the firmware in the same directory as where you extracted the flash tool files.

Then open the LGFlashTool2014.exe up. For 'Select Type' choose 3GQCT. For 'PhoneMode' select EMERGENCY. Then go down to Select KDZ file and find the MS32310b_00.kdz file.

Now Click normal flash. A window like this should pop up:

Click start.

You should now see this:

Just click OK

A new window should pop up like this:

Your progress bar on your phone should now be moving. Congrats, we're almost done. If another smaller box pops up, just ignore it.

Simply wait for the progress bar on your phone to get to 100% and the phone should reboot, and everything will be nice and new again :D

This was sent in a PM to the OP, but I wanted to post it here in case someone else could help:

I used the instructions here thinking (most likely mireading) it would work for the Cricket L70 lg-d321. Immediately after executing, the phone rebooted to a blank screen. It vibrates when powered on and the computer allows me to open in explorer (I think it's in download mode and/or it's the boot folder). Do you know of any way to recover from this? Your help and/or reply are appreciated.

Ps. The boot loader was unlocked and the phone was rooted with supersu pro installed with updated binaries.

Hi. first thank you for your guide!! I tried all the steps many times but the LG flash tool keeps stopping at 15% and telling me that my phone is disconnected. I followed the guide to the T!! Can anyone help with this problem? I am rooted and have an unlocked bootloader with clockworkmod 6.0.5.0 on my ms323...

I tried to do a factory reset from the recovery to free internal space and now I am stuck in a loop... stuck in the recovery and i can't get out!! I tried to restore my phone from backup... it loads and says it is complete but when i reboot it just comes right back to clockworkmod recovery :( UGGGGGHH.

Please help... I am in Mexico right now and it was working perfectly (unlocked carrier and all...using telcel) but now all I can access is the recovery. If anyone has a zip rom of the ms323 i would really appreciate it... I can't find one anywhere online...or if anyone can help with the LG flash tool stopping at 15% thank you thank you

The firmware included here is only for the MetroPCS version. Please PM sammyz for a link to the cricket version.

Are you using the cord that came with your phone? Have you tried using different USB ports? Are you using the MetroPCS version of the LG L70?
