Did More Droid Erises Sale then Sprint Heroes?

The reason I asked is because
I was a member of the site for most of the year thus far
and I was in the eris forum since i was a eris user.

Even though, I didn't like the atmosphere over there
I did look forward to seeing the praises, problems, complaints and rumors
about the eris that gave me something to look forward to or investigate about my phone.

But it seems like there a lot more threads over in that forum as well as replies to those questions and comments vs here.

I love the atmosphere here.
I've had a few members PM
me and help me out and what not
but it brings me to ask my questions...

Seeing how the eris and hero
are virtually the same phone with
minor differences
did the erises sell more than the heroes?
Taking in the fact, the hero is on sprint's network
and verizon having the eris means they are almost twice sprint size
but i am curious to say the least
if this true and what anyone might think

It's not even in android forums
when i did the research on the Sprint hero
on various sites, i always saw more responding to pages and reports on the eris
than the hero.

Just curious

I love my hero more than I did my eris
except for my portrait keyboard seems to not register
me pressing a button when im typing....it's like i didn't even press it
even though i know i did...three times before it registers

however landscape is fine

My guess is the Eris had the higher sales. Verizon did a lot more promotion (ads) and heavily discounted the pricing. Sprint had the Hero at $180 while Verizon had the Eris at $100; then Verizon offered it FREE when Sprint had the Hero priced at $149! And don't forget the "buy one Eris get one free" promos Verizon ran.

oh no!! having an android phone, and owning a mac!! no!! nO!!! NO!!! lolz,
Android and apple dont like each other!! lol, jk!!
well i kno the Hero Was the best phone in 2009!!! never herd that of the Eris!!

Well the Hero and my mac are
playing nicely together now :)

And of course you have heard of the eris.
The Ugly, slightly ******ed triplet
of the GSM Hero and Sprint Hero.

You know?
the one HTC
seems to never support and really acknowledge is their child

Which is true because even though the
eris is on Verizon
I always seem to hear the most about Sprint hero and HTC hero

I had to get a new ipod touch since i ran over mine

Oddly enough, Ihate the iphone

Help me understand this - the iPhone is basically a beefed up iPod Touch, same form factor and user interface. Not saying anything is wrong with it, just having a hard time understanding why you hate the iPhone, but had to run and buy a new touch right away?

I shouldnt say i hate the iphone.
I just hate how big the iphone
feels
My i touch is thinner
than the iphone

Besides at & t is for now the only company
ties to iphone in america
so it loses cool points for that as well :)

1. Eris Vs Hero:

I'm stuck on 1.5 because im having a few issues with rooting my hero however the
1.5 experience is not the same on my hero as it was with my eris. I was constantly
having lag all around...random reboots, slow dialer, 3g problems, Freezing etc.

but on my hero it's been a pleasant experience

2. My iphone complaints:
Ignore me lol im a walking contradiction :)

3)Evo:
Uh hell yes i want the evo lolzz

and sorry for my "Poems"
