Root [5.1.1][UNOFFICIAL] Paranoid Android 5.1 [12.30.2015]

9/5 PA 4.6 Beta1 working great. I looked into the possible GPS issue and Google Maps was showing my location way off and would keep changing, quickly bouncing around the map from Columbia County, to Greene County, to Rensellaer County, then back to Greene even though I was sitting on my couch in Columbia County. I restored a stock backup and went in to Maps and it showed my location exactly where I was. So I reinstalled my PA backup and went back to Maps and it showed my location exactly where I was. So, I suggest restoring stock, letting it find your location, then install PA.

Edit: still reboots when trying to change GPU governor.
Read on xda that gps problem is for ALL custom ROMS more or less. Stock Rom has to get gps lock on before flashing anything else or gps won't work. Don't ask me why but that's how to avoid the problem or fix it.. might wanna have that on flash instructions if coming from stock to save a headache..

Hi iam new to the android forum but I just have a question iam using the latest paranoid android by @seraph08 which is the 9/14/2014 4.6 BETA2 build and I'm wondering if he or paranoid android took out the dynamic status bar if that's what it is called, because I can't find the option to enable it on the other builds it was in display now it isn't there and I looked all over in my options, so if some one can be so kind and tell me if its there or been token out that would be great.

Dynamic Status Bars and the L App Previews have not gone open source you will not get them with unofficial builds.

Official builds are handled by Nico for the Legacy team you can find them here:

Thank you for the link, I have another question, you are familiar with the liquid smooth Rom, the last build you did had 3g working, someone is now maintaining the official liquid smooth thread and support falcon but not the boost falcon because of the 3g issue, is there anyway you two can link up to fix? I asked him already and he's willing just need a response for you, for its sad to see that some ROMs don't support boost falcon due to the 3g issue, if your willing please respond with an answer and thanks for your time.

I found a fix for the 3G when Seraph was building LS. You had to change the line in build.prop - telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice=0 to 1. This line is not there anymore so you have to add it, reboot to recovery, wipe dalvik and cash and reboot. You will then have 3G. I just did this on my phone. DO NOT TRY THIS ON ANY OTHER ROM!

Edit: zip in above link doesn't work to change this because the build.prop line is not there. I'll see what I can do about that.
Edit:http://androidforums.com/cdma-moto-g-all-things-root/871529-official-liquid-smooth-3-2-3g-fix-new-post.html SuperR is awesome! Thank him!
Edit: capital letters in wrong place on build.prop line.
