S5 Notification Panel Features

I've had a Galaxy S5 for months now, and today my boyfriend just bought his own. I was helping him set it up and noticed his Notification Panel has something extra, that I'd LOVE to have, yet can't seem to find how to add it or what it even really is?

When you open the notification panel, directly under the NOTIFCATIONS bar, there's a little toolbox-esque bar, that has things like Bluetooth, Flashlight, even a shortcut to an app he downloaded. These are NOT the icons at the very top.

My device is fully updated (just checked). I'm with Tmobile if that has anything to do with it, but so is he, sooooo. Yep. Thanks in advance.

Negative. That's on every page. This is only on the notification panel. I'd post a picture but apparently I can't because new user or some nonsense.

Ok sorry I am on Verizon and only have the tool box I can customize for the things I use the most. Take a screen shot and upload it to a photo hosting site like this. Maybe it's something just for T-Mobile. Mary

On my phone under brightness adjustment it says related apps and when you turn it on you can pick what you want to show when earphones are plugged in. Mary

I mean again, I'd love to take a screenshot or link one, but I cannot, since I just joined, and therefore cannot upload pictures or post links.

It's none of what's mentioned above. By default it has like, Bluetooth, Flashlight, a few other things I don't recall.

Oh I didn't know you couldn't even copy and paste a link into a post if you just joined. The toolbox has all that, it has what ever you want it to have. Maybe you could go to a t-mobile store and they can show you where the setting is. When you find our please post back as I want to know if I have this. Mary

EnviMea - it sounds like he has a third party app that allows him to do that. I would personally recommend notification toggle - it allows you to do the three things you listed and much more.

Well, it was there directly after buying it from a dealer, so I'm not sure if it was third party. However, that's exactly what I was looking for, and nearly identical to what he has. Thank you so much!

UPDATE:

Oh my god I'm so stupid.
It's actually a new feature on the Clean Master app. I've had it for ages and instructed my boyfriend to download it along with all the other apps he downloaded directly out of the box. I guess I just never noticed it!
