Update: I've whipped up a new ROM, this one has all the previous stuff, deodexed, zipaligned, etc, but now this one is lightly debloated and has gapps updated, even more exciting, now it updates the radio and the kernel (or at least it should) and you shouldn't have to flash superuser. I haven't had the time to test it but I've been really excited to release it to you all, so as with any other ROM, flash at your own risk and I cannot stress enough to make a backup of your current partitions. Enjoy :)

Link removed until I fix it

I've taken our stock zv3 ROM and updated it to zv4. I flashed it successfully in cwm but already had zv4 installed and I'm not sure how it will play if it is flashed directly over zv3, so as always, flash at your own risk. I recommend starting from a clean slate and doing a factory reset before and after inside cwm and clearing your dalvik cache and restoring your data with nandroid manager.
This ROM is rooted, deodexed, zipaligned, init.d enabled.
In case superuser doesn't work after flashing, here's a flashable zip

If the above doesn't work, here's SuperSU

To boot up cwm, you'll need to expose fastboot. To do this, download terminal emulator and grant superuser permissions.
Back up your laf partition:
dd if=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf of=/sdcard/laf.img
Nuke your laf partition:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf
When that is done, turn off your phone, and when completely off, hold the vol+ button and plug it in to your computer. After fastboot loads up you can let go of vol+.

Now you can boot into cwm:
Fastboot boot cwma1.img

Flashing updated radio:
I'm not sure if you need the latest ROM to update your radio, but as with all my other work, I assume no responsibility if you brick your device.

Just flash it in cwm like any other zip.
When you restart, you will only have 3g. To get LTE back you must reactivate your phone, in the dialer enter ##72786#
This will wipe your carrier partition and you will have to reactivate.
Note that the radio image contains multiple partitions and will reflash your laf partition, so if you ever go to enter fastboot again don't be alarmed when you enter download mode, you just have to nuke your laf partition again. Not much testing has been done with this new baseband but it seems to be working for me so far.

Memory usage seems lower, I used to get less than 300mb free.

Screenshots don't really help, it's basically just stock android except updated. Well these screenshots aren't completely stock, I debloated mines.

I don't understand how, but I think you stated earlier you were making a bloatware list. Hopefully we can use that list soon and clean this ROM up.

That's right... although not so much a bloatware list, as a list of what I didn't get rid of as I have already deleted some of the backups of apps I removed and don't recall exactly what they were. I will list what I can though. Might be able to get it posted tomorrow. Been very busy lately.

This HAS to be flashed using cwm. I'll find links on how to get that running and update the original post ASAP.
And yes, it's 1gb because it's the complete ROM, but if we could remove as much bloatware as we can, I could possibly get it down to about 600mb.
Great. Thanks very much for all of your help

Hey, if we really want to see if this is using less memory, can you bout into safe mode and get a screenshot of the memory usage? I will do the same.
EDIT: Just tried to boot into safe mode and the stock launcher kept crashing. o_O

For some reason I couldn't keep the screenshots but with Google search, Google now and Google keyboard installed I got around 400mb free.

Im really glad you posted this, i was messing around with lucky patcher and didn't backup and now Google services crashes constantly and i can't connect to the play store. That's what i get for not backing up :/ if you can help with telling us how to do this with cwm I'll be able to use titanium to back up what apps i have left now and start fresh. Oops
