BNN GO APP video not working

I have downloaded BNN GO app and it plays video's of tob bussiness news..but in my tablet the video comes out green on the top half of the screen and the bottom half is solid green (no pic) . any idea what may be causing this?
I like bussiness news from this tablet and so I hope I can get it working. Videos from other sources work fine. I have android 4.1 tablet. My phone with android 4.1 works fine.

Apex EMDOOR EM63 . put out by TMAXDIGITAL. When I called up tablet maker, they told me it was the app not the tablet.

you may want to get in contact with the dev's and see if they can troubleshoot for you.
