Help Can't download SMS images

My mother's M8 wont download images sent via text. She goes through TracFone for her service, and we have gotten the APN settings from TracFone and they are all correct. I get a message "Message not Downloaded" after an attempt. What other issues could be causing the phone to fail to download images over text?

That is a network issue. I see messages but they aren't downloaded on Sprint. When that happens I switch over to WiFi enabled calling and the picture or message comes right in.

You can try clearing the cache for messenger but I think it's TracFone. Or have them give you another phone to test out on their network to see if the problem is prevalent.
