Root Problems with Negalite blurom browser?

I flashed Negalite blurom and its beautiful. My notification bar is a little too blue with all the icons but other than that and the browser its perfect so far. The problems with the browser are If I google something, I can't open the links. They act like I press them but don't open. Just highlight for the .5 seconds my finger touches em. Then while on a page I can't go back. I press the back button on my phone and the screen and it refreshes the current page instead. Instantly after rooting it my WiFi gave me an error so I flashed it again with smart flash on (I'm using 4ext recovery) and it fixed my WiFi problem. Is this maybe what messed up my browser or is this just a known problem? I'm using Chrome for now and it works flawlessly but theres always something in me that dies when I don't use the stock Browser. Any help or info on this ROM would be great! Even suggestions on any possibly better ROMs:)

Alright thanks for the help guys glad to know I can count on you. What's the point of this site if you don't help?
First, this was posted in the incorrect section so the root users might not have even seen it. I'll go ahead and move it to the root section.

Second, this was a very active and helpful community but most of the users have moved on. I try to check in on a regular basis but I only just caught your post.

As for the browser issue, I've not used negalite before so I couldn't tell you if it's a rom bug or not. As far as I remember it's a stable rom so I don't know that it's a rom issue.

Are you doing a clean install or dirty flash? A clean flash would be choose the option in 4ext to wipe all partitions (except as card). If you are just installing the rom (which won't wipe data) you will probably see some issues.

If you are doing a clean install, try another browser and see if you have the same issue.

I also use this ROM but I never used the stock browser for it. So I never had the issue that you mentioned. You may also want to give Boat Browser a try instead. It's hardly given me any issues.

And I don't come to this phone's forum that much anymore because it's dead as Brian have pointed out. I know XDA still has a more active community for this phone. And look for the user named JCFunk who's currently supporting Negalite-Blurom over there.
