Help play store wont open

Play store on my note two wont open, just flashed

You say just flashed.... Flashed a rom?
Depending on the rom, you may need the gapps package to flash also

Sorry, 60 year old military dude that uses technology sparingly. When I clicl on play store icon if snaps open and then shuts. I reloaded play store from web, restartef phone etc anf it wont open...thanx in advance

Ah, I understand. My hats off and my respect for your service for sure!

After you try to open the PlayStore, and after it flashes open, then shut, does an error message come up? Something akin to "The Play Store has crashed", or something like that?

Perhaps go to "manage applications" and navigate to the PlayStore app.
Clear the cache and data, then try to open it again? You may have to sign into it again after the whole "clear cache and data" bit.

Edit: if that doesn't work, again go to Menu > Manage Apps > All tab > search for Google Play Store and uninstall updates.
