Common bug

I have a common problem with my heros sense UI... or at least a HTC widget... the message widget.. not only is it the most laggy widget ever, but sometimes it bugs for me so that I can only go two messages down, not able to scroll further downwards to other conversations - only upwards -.-

Anyone else tried this or know why it happens?

Hmm I have the sprint htc hero and haven't had any problems with that widget.
Do you have many widgets and applications running at the same time? Does the rest of the system run smoothly?

maybe he means that it happens all the time for him.

Yeah happens kinda often for me XD Happened 3 times on the 4 days I have had my phone... And yeah the rest of the system runs very smoothly (ok sometimes the texting can be a little behind with the word recommendations but other than that just fine....)

I have ordered a sdhc card class 6... maybe that will help XD

Jep that does not work (tried with advanced task killer free). The only thing I know helps is to remove the widget and insert it again, or turn off the phone I guess XD

The message application is very laggy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The phone itself can be laggy at times. Its not a deal breaker. I love the phone. It has not froze on me yet. But overall there is some lag. I LOVE THE PHONE! MY FIRST ANDROID, BUT WONT COMPETE WITH IPHONE UNTIL ANDROID GETS BETTER APPS, MOST OF THEM ARE CRAPPY AND IT NEEDS SOME SPEED. THIS IS MY SECOND HTC PHONE. I HOPE THIS IS NOT A TREND OF LAGGY PHONES.

I have the Sprint Hero. The text widget is laggy. And I always kill apps im not using.

Must be a Sprint phone problem.
The UK HTC Hero does not have any lag since the upgrade.
