Okay, so, because of what happened, the video really kind of covers all of the bases:

LGLS720 Boost Mobile to MetroPCS - YouTube

In the video I know I said to fix the net I needed to reset my Camera, well, I meant router... :| ... My brains be fried.

So.. What REALLY happened for this to happen:

The ClockWork Mod Boot Loop

I felt like I was super cool and nothing could stop me! WRONG! I was so wrong. I tried to change my loading screen to the beloved Nyan Cat.. Well, that sent my phone through a loop and a half. I was stuck for 3 days trying to make things work.

I failed hard and didn't read the comments after the instructions, and as it turned out, I wound up continuously attempting and failing to flash my phone with the VM Unbrick Method numerous times with no success.

After reading through the thread some more, and then re-reading everything, I found that I needed to use the newer links, and follow a newer set of instructions (or something to that effect, it's a bit hard to explain, but this happened after the following)

The Desperate Attempt

After toiling with my phone and having no luck, and filling my desktop to the brim with things, I finally decided to try the KDZ method. It seemed to be working for others, and because I had no luck with the VM method, I decided it couldn't hurt to try the MetroPCS method. I downloaded the following KDZ:

Code:
http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=FW550785432109876543213/MS65910c_00.kdz
And then used the method accordingly.

SUCCESS!! It loaded! I was so pleased I nearly cried.

I cried

I cried not because it was working, but because my rear camera is no longer detectable, and after a third, more careful, re-reading of the VM thread, I found how I could do the method successfully. But of course, the phone's model had changed! (As seen in the video), so now, I cannot flash it back to it's stock state.

I am content for now

I am content for now because I still have most of my phone's functionality and can still take endless selfies on facebook, so until something new can happen, I will be using the MetroPCS version.

What I hope comes of this thread

I do hope to see a solution to my rear camera posted *crosses fingers*

I also hope that some new discoveries can come of this oddity (I had no idea it could have totally rekt my phone). Maybe a hawt CyanogenMod ;)

The Closing

Okay, I am done blabbing at you :) Discuss!:smokingsomb:

OK here's the deodexed app for the stock camera apk files from the sprint firmware. Put both of these in system/app DO NOT INSTALL THEM NORMALLY! Use a root explorer to place the in that location otherwise it will refuse to install. Delete the old apk and odex files are place these. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BACKUP FIRST!!!!!
Zippyshare.com - CameraApp3b.apk

You say I should not install these normally, how would I go about accomplishing this abnormally ;D

I have placed the files in the system folder, and because I perma-deleted the other camera app (as it was malfuntioning and wasting space) I just moved them in to the folder.

With Root Explorer, I hold-click on the APKs, and choose Open as: APK. Then select install, but it uses the same installer as it normally would. I tried running it as a script but that did nothing. I CHMOD'ed the files to 777 just to see if that would resolve, and no real effect to it.

Tried opening the APK as an archive but I kinda got lost from there :|

Yeah I did that. I bet it's because of the firmware. I am very unsure as how to go about completely removing the current firmware and all of its data, and starting off as clean if it had never had any firmware before at all.

And because factory reset uses the installed firmwares stock settings it isn't enough.

I did come across an interesting app called Install APK. The Android app by itself isn't really impressive but the PC version of the software has like everything listed on it.. I tried using it to install and uninstall pretty well. I will be testing it tomorrow for the camera.

Your problem is most likely to do with the kernel (mpcs/tm) you're using now, not the camera app itself. One of the kernel's main functions is to control the hardware. It may be that the mpcs kernel's driver for the rear camera isn't recognizing the boost f3 hardware. Just a guess at this point but I thought I'd mention it. ;)

Yea I was not certain but just thought could be worth considering if different mobile transponder is used in the handset perhaps minor differences in the camera hardware could exist too. I just had run into similar thing when I accidentally found myself in the wrong version forums trying to implement cwm recovery. As don't some versions of this handset, thinking Sprint ver, have NFC while most other models lack this feature.
