Okay, so, because of what happened, the video really kind of covers all of the bases:
LGLS720 Boost Mobile to MetroPCS - YouTube
In the video I know I said to fix the net I needed to reset my Camera, well, I meant router... :| ... My brains be fried.
So.. What REALLY happened for this to happen:
The ClockWork Mod Boot Loop
I felt like I was super cool and nothing could stop me! WRONG! I was so wrong. I tried to change my loading screen to the beloved Nyan Cat.. Well, that sent my phone through a loop and a half. I was stuck for 3 days trying to make things work.
I failed hard and didn't read the comments after the instructions, and as it turned out, I wound up continuously attempting and failing to flash my phone with the VM Unbrick Method numerous times with no success.
After reading through the thread some more, and then re-reading everything, I found that I needed to use the newer links, and follow a newer set of instructions (or something to that effect, it's a bit hard to explain, but this happened after the following)
The Desperate Attempt
After toiling with my phone and having no luck, and filling my desktop to the brim with things, I finally decided to try the KDZ method. It seemed to be working for others, and because I had no luck with the VM method, I decided it couldn't hurt to try the MetroPCS method. I downloaded the following KDZ:
And then used the method accordingly.
SUCCESS!! It loaded! I was so pleased I nearly cried.
I cried
I cried not because it was working, but because my rear camera is no longer detectable, and after a third, more careful, re-reading of the VM thread, I found how I could do the method successfully. But of course, the phone's model had changed! (As seen in the video), so now, I cannot flash it back to it's stock state.
I am content for now
I am content for now because I still have most of my phone's functionality and can still take endless selfies on facebook, so until something new can happen, I will be using the MetroPCS version.
What I hope comes of this thread
I do hope to see a solution to my rear camera posted *crosses fingers*
I also hope that some new discoveries can come of this oddity (I had no idea it could have totally rekt my phone). Maybe a hawt CyanogenMod
The Closing
