So I think I'm FINALLY going to upgrade now that iPhone 6 has come out and I've gotten a chance to see it, and it's looking like a fight between LG G2 and iphone 6. (Don't want the Plus or the G3 because they're too big.)

You folks happy with the G2 after using it for a while now? Would you get the same phone again? Is the battery still amazing?

I for sure would this is the first phone that I have had that is making me think twice about upgrading it. Not one phone came out that I wanted more then my g2 I like the m8 but not the camera I like the g3 but it's not that much better then my g2 but the note 4 that is the phone I'll be upgrading to just because it is an upgrade but I'm still thinking twice about it the g2 can handle anything you throw at it.

I would absolutely get my G2 again. I love the phone. Hell, I'm still finding things that it does that surprise me, and I've had it for almost a year now. The battery IS exactly everything it's supposed to be. I can pull my phone off the plug in the morning, use it all day, and then debate if I need to plug it in that night, or wait until sometime tomorrow.

This is an awesome phone. Bad reviews on battery? Check your sources or they need to check their phone. This battery is awesome. They probably have some stupid app draining them. Take care of your phone and it will do what it's supposed to do. I'm rooted and on KK 26a. Was on 24a for 5 months. I've rooted all of my phones and my tablet. They have all been good. The only issue I have with my G2 is that it kills Pandora too quickly if I do something else. I'm sure there is an app for that, but I don't bloat my phones.

I would still contest this is the most ideal phone out there imo. It's big, but not too big. The G3 is awesome, but it's HUGE.
