[Q] Tapatalk Push Notification

Hello, since a month ago my Tapatalk didn't show push notification at all.
Then I was checked via Tapatalk Push Notification Status Monitor:

Push notification test: Failed
No push key set in option

Current forum url: androidforums.com/
Current server IP:
Tapatalk user table existence:Yes
Push Notification Option status:On

So is this tapatalk fault, or androidforums that doesn't use latest tapatalk API? Are you guys the same boat with me?

I'm receiving push notifications. Is it that you are not receiving notifications for subscribed threads? I (and know some other people as well) somehow lost our subscriptions at some point. I can't remember why, but I think they still showed up on our subscribed threads list.

Anyway, I wasn't getting notifications for them until I unsubscribed and then resubscribed.

Yes. I lost my notifications for subscribed forum. I've done it before via Tapatalk. But I'll try via website this time and report back later.

What do you mean by two new threads? You subscribed to two new threads?

Do you mind if I move this to the suggestion box & feedback section? Admin staff will be the ones to look into/fix any technical issues, so this will get handled faster there as opposed to a device forum!

No. I subscribed to 'Nexus 5' forum, so if there's new thread it should push notification for me, but it didn't.

For more information I've been using latest freemium Tapatalk 4.9.5 and a premium user. This all started when I installed Tapatalk freemium from Tapatalk pro (retired) which notification is still running smoothly but I don't know if this was the cause.
Yes, I would appreciate your help! BTW, I was reported this to Tapatalk forum a few days ago and this is their reply.
