Just had a quick Google. Can anybody confirm if you have to wait a couple of days for the invites to appear.

I'm using Inbox for about a week and I think it's solid . A few things are missing though :
1.No swipe to delete option
2.No unified view ( which I'm using ALWAYS)
3.No other email clients support ( I need exchange for my work)
Ok , I get it , it's a new app that probably will be improved but come on ...

Thinking about going back to blue mail just until Google put something more functional

Anyone not getting any notifications from inbox? I've got them turned on but I get no sounds, vibrations or notifications in the status bar.

I had to enable notifications for each category separately.

Does anybody know if you can change the notification sound for this Inbox app? It seems like the only option is the default one which is to use the default notification sound.

Also, how do I know if I have invites to give? I don't see anything when I click the red plus sign so does that mean I don't have any yet?

As of now it is only the default sound, make a suggestion to Google in the feedback section.

Sounds good...Is there a way to get an unread count badge with Inbox?
My regular gmail app has it, but I don't see an option for it on my phone for the inbox app... This could be a deal breaker for me?

Try making a suggestion to Google using the feedback option, this is a beta and they are making changes based on input from users.

Make suggestions to Google using the feedback option before you give up on it. This is a beta and they will be making changes based on user input.

Due to some confusion on the list (we mods didn't have it updated properly) I sent three PM's for two invites I had. Well, both have been claimed, and DPadre was left hanging. I've noted in the OP that he is to get the next PM when someone has an invite available.

You will, we just don't know when. Google is being pretty slow with handing out the invites (and the capacity for invites).

It took a day for my invites to show up. I don't think it's relative to when you get in the beta test. I think it's dependent on elgooG releasing new invites.
