Thinking About Purchasing An Incredible?

I have been seeing a bunch of people making threads about hwy they like or hate the Incredible, and figured maybe we can try to consolidate everything in a fair pro/con list for new users. Hopefully people will find this useful as in the past threads like this have helped me make my decision. I am hoping that everyone can follow the format:

Previous Mobile Device: Blackberry Storm 2 9550
Current Provider: Verizon
Purchase Method: Online, Full Price

Pros:

Very fast compared to my last phone
Slim design
Snappy operating system
Lots of memory to play with
Integration with Google apps (gmail, gtalk, calendar)
Charges rather quickly
Great photo resolution/quality
Vibration is strong, unlike most phones which feel "cheap"
Speaker has good volume

Cons:

Snap on backing feels like you are going to break the cover
Battery life may be an issue for heavy users
Some cases may make the Home and Search buttons hard to access

I am looking for a phone that will work with Microsoft Outlook & Exchange. Will the Incredible work? I am currently using a Blackberry and I hate it with a passion. Especially the track ball. I am jealous of all the folks out there with touch screens and memory.

I took a gamble on what I read online - now I am beginning to sweat as the phone is being Fed Ex'd as I type. Will it work?

Battery cover removal is a non-issue: this isn't a BlackBerry, no need to pull every few days.

Your Cons don't seem to be to be Cons to me.
Put your finger nail in the little crease at the bottom and press your thumb in the middle of the back then pull with your finger nail. Easy!

Turn off 3g, Wifi, Bluetooth, and GPS, they eat batteries. I like to surf the web a lot and I had a BB Storm2,and a Palm TX and they didn't last a long time surfing the web either so do what I did and get a spare battery.

I got a hard case from Verizon and love it and the buttons are easily accessible, so don't buy a case where the buttons are hard to access! A lot of cons to some people are work around's to others!

Those who have the phone, are you able to listen to a voicemail attachment in gmail message using Incredible?

I tried the prev Droid and it didn't allow me to open wav attachments. I couldn't listen to my voicemails which are messages left on my VOIP home phone and forwarded to my gmail account.

This is help if you know the answer.
