no command on android

[Android Question]

my phone died ... i plugged it in to charge it and the little android guy laying down w no command and a red triangle with an exclamation mark. It's a samsung galaxy s4 with verizon. It's asking me to reboot the system now /apply update from ADB/ apply update from external storage /wipe data/factory reset / wipe cache partition / apply update from cache...ive tried to reboot system now but it just keeps going back to this screen. This happened 2 weeks ago and after a while it turned on normally with no issues. What should I do!

Not sure what you are saying, but I think you might be entering recovery. I think that you might have a button stuck.
