EDIT: I am on the 323, and it boots perfectly with no graphical errors! Everything works perfectly!

To install (assuming unlocked bootloader and rooted):
Download the RAR file, extract stockrecoverymod.img and rename to recovery.img. Then, cd to the directory and type
"adb push recovery.img /sdcard/"
"dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/recovery"

This is not a kernel. This is a recovery. And yes, like I said, working fine on 323

Yeah, so the biggest thing (for me at lease) was the internal storage issue. That and a few other bugs have been fixed by Chevan over on this thread:
