Ascend Y530 help with sd card

i have a Ascend Y530 android how do i save contacts and apps to sd card plz

For contacts: open the Contacts app. and in the menu there should be an Import/Export option to use an external card. Note that this will only create a backup file (*.vcf); actual contact info has to be stored on the internal memory.

For apps: no dice, I'm afraid. All apps are stored in internal memory. The only way round this is to root the device and use a third-party solution such as Apps2SD.
