Well, since I have had a few people request I post a WIP thread, here it is :p This is Carbon ROM 4.4.4 for the LG L70 (MS323 only).

  • Root
  • Unlocked Bootloader
  • CWM installed

Install (Make a backup once in recovery):
  1. Download .zip and save to sdcard
  2. Boot to recovery
  3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
  4. Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
  5. Install the Carbon ROM zip via CWM
  6. Reboot

12-13-2014: Audio has been fixed ;) GPS has also been fixed
12-21-2014: Bootanimation lag has been fixed and double tap to lock screen works. Softkeys stopped working :(
2-13-2015: Added apollo music player to carbon (I like it). Also set on screen softkeys as default. Overall smoothness of phone (video driver) seems pretty good.​

This ROM works great, the only downsides that I can find are that Torch doesn't work, and the lag on the first 30 seconds after bootup is ridiculously painful.
 
Here's another thing, it has relabeled the phone as lg lX0:

Here is the one thing I would like to see with this ROM: built in tethering through settings instead of finding an app to try to get hotspot to work
