Share files with PC

If you consider the phone to PC via dropbox wireless, then yes it is wireless. I just signed up for and tried Dropbox. I'm incredibly impressed. The share is literally instant. So if you have a file on your phone that you want on your PC, you add the file (photo, doc, etc) into the dropbox file on your phone and it's almost instantly on your PC. No wires, no hookups, no nothing.

Thanks, this is most likely the way I will go. :)

you got it :)

slumpey, do you ever get errors transferring from the card to the LAN? I can copy from the LAN to the phone, but not the phone to the LAN with ES FE. I have Googled it and can't seem to find a fix for why it won't copy from phone to LAN.

I keep getting an error message that states 'Failed to Copy' but won't specify why. Not sure what to look for. I can see and transfer files on the LAN to the phone, but not the other way...

This dropbox looks sweet, have a question, with the 2GB cap, is that how much i can have in my dropbox folder at one time? or is that how much file transfer i can get per month, kind of like internet usage?

that is how much you can store. NO cap on how much you transfer, plus once you sign up for every person you refer if they sign up you get additional 250mb of space, up to 8gigs!! I'm up to 3.75gig free space now.

I'd say Dropbox is your best bet, it's free (with limited space) and is easy to use. I use it to sync things between my laptop and desktop already anyways, works perfect for me!

Dropbox is useless. (On the desktop, it's great, on Adroid - waste of time and money)

Android Dropbox doesn't actually download the files, to your phone, it just shows you whats "in the cloud"
You have to select the files to download.
The worst part is that when you select that file again, it doesn't take it from the local copy, it downloads the file from the Could *again!* (I'm speaking about text files specifically here, it seems to work properly with pictures though)

Worst part is that searching does not work. It won't search the contents of text files, just file names - useless waste of your time and will run up high chrages on your data plan.
