Different Dialer to Merge Call Log???

I've used exdialer for the past several years for free on an s2 and I now have an s5 and a couple s4s in the house. The app is still technically free but after the 14 day trial period it nags you...So, I'm trying to decide if I want to buy a license for all the devices or if there are some better options. Basically if I call or receive 5 calls from the same person, it shows as 5 vs. grouping them. This is beyond annoying. Any other dialers that are recommended? Thanks!

Dialer One does what you want. I've been using it forever with no trouble. I have always had Moto phones but that shouldn't matter at all.
Apparently, Dialer One has died....
the developer has ceased doing anything with it.... the last version is Sept/2014

They have changed the name of the company and are now calling the new version 2GIS dialer

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.doublegis.dialer&hl=en

I just tried their new version and it stinks to high heaven.....
no favorites, all white background, no customization period.

Yeah. But it still works well (for me anyway).
That was not the one I was decrying. it was their new 2GIS dialer.

The Dialer One app is interesting, I still have it on the phone to see how it fares compared to my other two dialer apps.

One thing that I do like about it: it will remove ALL of the call contacts from a number you want to take out of the call list. If for no other reason, I will keep it for that one feature.

No need to use another app. Use Samsung Log Converter and your problem will be solved without any further issue. :batdroid:
I have to grin about that solution just a little bit, as that Solution is yet Another App to load.

but it does do the trick.

Yup! as the solution is yet another app but it is just 33K, so it doesn't bother at all ;):spaceddroid:
