Ring tone edit app

I recently formatted my phone and lost an app I had and can't for the life of me remember what it was called. Prob cause I only used it once...

Anyway, it was basically a song editor and allowed you to make the crop a ringtone, alarm clock, notification sound, etc...

Anyone have any idea what it might be called?
