Root TWRP Won't Flash any ROMs

Are you still s-on? Probably have to try and flash the kernel separately via fastboot. On PC in the rom zip file if you open it using something like 7-zip, look for the boot.img file and extract it to where you have fastboot tool. Flash rom zip as normal in TWRP, reboot to bootloader, with phone plugged in to PC:

fastboot flash boot boot.img

fastboot reboot

Sorry, forgot about checking the obvious first. When trying to flash roms are you doing a full wipe in TWRP first, that is wipe dalvik, system, cache and data? I tend to do this in Advanced Wipe and then selecting those partitions - don't select anything else in here that relates to storage (internal SD card, external sd card).

If you are doing a full wipe, especially if coming from a different rom, then try the boot.img flash.

Wipe was done correctly.

If I were to flash the ROM zip as normal, it would return a "Failed" message.

That's before I would have a chance to flash the boot.img separately.

Ah right, sorry should have asked you to be more specific in the first place. What exactly is the error message you see in TWRP then? There can be a few that are the cause of rom install fails.

ROOT is clear, S-Off is done.
But when i try installing any ROM i am getting the same error.
Error message reads likee "Could not find 'META-INF/com//google/android/update-binary' in the zip file.
Error installing zip file. "

Please help in getting past through this error. Thanks.
