The critical flaw in all Android phones!

I purchases a Samsung Moment in January and have been loving it. Apparently somebody else did to. My phone was stolen recently and I recently received my replacement.

I go to the Android market on the phone to redownload my apps. It says I have nothing there. I did a hard reset on the phone and tried it again. It found nothing.

I downloaded over 50 free apps, but what's really ticking me off is that I paid for at least two. One was touchdown to sync up with my exchange server. The other one was to use my phone as a wireless card for my laptop. (I can't even remember what that one was called.)

Here is what sucks apparently I'm unable to retrieve my original signin log in. I went to Google and tried a whole bunch of password retrieval options. Checked multiple accounts. Believe I have the right account. Every time I switch I do a hard reset on the phone.

Google great company that there are, try to find a way to talk with somebody. Why aren't my apps there? Do I have the right account? How do I find out?

I've called the provider Sprint and they are absolutely no help.

You have to re download everything yourself. The only way to back up apps is by using Astro or Astrid or some name around there. I don't care if my apps get deleted. I don't use many so I know which ones to get again, no problem. Try browsing the market. You'll eventually remember everything you downloaded, if not, a good chunk. As for you not logging in... I have no idea what's going on there.

Your paid for programs are tied tthe account that pruchased them, you don't seem to be using that account anymore. Seems fairly straight forward.

Thanks for the answer. Here is my point though. How do I find out which account I was using when I purchased this? I've got 30 bucks in apps that I paid for. I'm 99% that I'm using the account that I set the phone up with.

This is one of those situations where who do I talk to? Google there is nobody there to talk with? Sprint they can say its an Android issue.

Here is what happened I buy the phone in January. Get all excited, set up the apps that I want, pay for some apps. Then I'm done. I don't browse the market or play around. I merely use the phone. One of the apps it Touchdown to sync up with my exchange server for my contacts and email.

What do you do if you can't remember the account or the situation of you remember the account, and the information is not there.
