Try booting into recovery and doing a factory reset

That's the first thing I did. That's why we replaced the phone to begin with, cause it would just reboot over and over and over again. I thought it was the ROM I was running on it. Apparently not. Figured I would try to get it working so her other phone can get sent in for repairs.
