After playing around in the market for a little while looking for new and exciting apps, all I have to say is wow! Certainly not saying that it would include anyone from the forum, just putting it out there anyway. I can't even count how many apps had low ratings from people that obviously just didn't read what the app was, or how to properly use the app, and therefore decided to give it one star. The Android developers do a great job providing us with apps (and a ton for free to boot) that expand the functionality of our phones. Before you decide to give an app a low rating make sure its lack of functionality wasn't user error (launching a font pack won't get you anywhere), and give the developer a chance too. If you have a problem with an app try e-mailing the developer with the issue, I've found that most of them will be grateful if you alert them to issues with their app and will work hard to resolve them quickly. In conclusion, don't give an app an automatic one star without further evaluation, this will help encourage the developers to continue their hard work for our benefit.
