he may just have to theme the long way like I have been instead of just swapping out APK's... The png names should stay virtually unchanged tho, making it somewhat easier since I done most of the PITA stuff. I may zip up the folders w/ the pngs so he can merge them easier..

I wouldn't. I'm gonna do a separate zip for that (Killer Kobalt 4G theme). [emoji6] Factory/Data reset, wipe cache & dalvik caches. I've ripped out system APK's and locked in others into this one. Decompiled a few APK's, edited Android manifests, build props, ect.. [emoji28]. Until I post that KK4G theme, you could make a very recent backup, install JollyRoger4G.zip, then use Nandroid Mgr to pick out what u want outta the backup (WiFi & Bluetooth access points, SMS/MMS, contacts, call logs, word dictionary, ect..) and install into the JollyRoger.

Found some flaws, actually. Slight framework error causing some popups to be unreadable, Browser showing funny on the KillerKobalt4G.zip flashes concerning stock launchers that aren't Nova.. Gonna redo the JollyRoger4G with a fresh install of Deodexed/Debloated2 and Slim it down some more without the excess junk I seem to have piled up in System by tweaking for so long & trying to make it right. Reduced by 50Mb so far.. Can imagine it'd do better with a fresh install to barebones without opening any unnecessary apps... I apologize Guys! Fixes & Theme zips should be posted on Monday. [emoji41]

Edit: make that Tuesday.. Trying to stay outta trouble with local authorities.

KillerKobalt4G Theme updated in post #2. Works on Stock ROM and fixes JollyRoger4G BrowserZTE & framework issue. Just wipe caches & flash over ROM. [emoji41]

I got you: First question - NO.
Second question - with these ZTE phones, you have to turn WiFi tether on TWICE. (on fully, then/off/on) to connect your PC. Seriously. It seems to be a ZTE thing. The only other alternative is WiFi Tether Router (paid) by Fabio Grassi. This was free and the ONLY tether apk that would sit & function in System. There are also the settings that need adjusted. The information requested is in Post #4
