Root Black Notification Bars for R11

Only tested on R11. Black notification bar.

With no battery mod: ***UPDATED*** Clock highlight is now centered

Unzip APK from file
follow adb commands below

With my battery mod *round circle*

Delete the number on the filename so it just reads:
framework-res.apk

NEW VERSION!

Carbon fiber background when bar is pulled down.

then

adb push framework-res.apk /system/framework

The first one (regular bars) has the background glow off-centered. The second one works properly. Can you check that out being that I prefer the regular look.

Also, sorry I haven't fixed the standard battery highlighted spot that's off center. Been super busy with a kitchen remodel in my house!

I downloaded this, the Battery Mod version, pushed it up, and now my applications menu (not sure what it's actually called, the one that's normally at the bottom, you drag up and it shows all the installed apps) is docked on the right-hand side of the screen. It's almost as if it's been twiz'd, but it's got none of the other twiz like features.

I'm running the Galaxy 1.6 r11 ROM, so, I assumed all would be good. Since it's not, any idea how I fix it?

I have not updated to R12 yet. I have been super busy with a new job and haven't had the time. If/when I do, I will make one. The files may even be the same... I'm not sure. You could always try pushing it and if it doesn't work, re-odin the original files

OK (thegame3202), I went ahead and redid the framework file for you. I tested and everything seems to be working right with R12 Final Galaxy ROM...

This one includes the New rounded Battery Status and the Carbon fiber background with also the animation working.

Here is the file, it's works fine on my phone.

(please backup your file first to make sure everything is working "ADB Pull /system/framework\framework-res.apk C:\")


ADB push framework-res.apk /system/framework
Reboot

I installed the apk, it works great and all, but just want to say that when you receive a message or a notification it doesn't show the text. I believe it was on R11. Idk, maybe I am wrong.

Hmmm, I usually just get the messaging icon letting me know that I have a message. I will look into this. Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah, I get that two, but if you notice in the regular bar, it gives you a little text on the side of the notification and then goes away. Lets say if you get a text saying "Hello" It would show the text icon then Whoever sent it plus the text. And I noticed that it shows it but in black font color. Idk if you understand or not, sorry for the trouble.
