Played it since beta.. Got 5 or 6 60's. Quit. When expansion came out got back into it, got 5 or 6 70's. Quit. heh I don't know if it's subliminal but when I played wow I was totally hooked. couldn't wait to get home to go on a raid. dreamed raids. Now that I don't play anymore, I could care less.
Funny...
Kinda the same way.
I renew when I'm *really* bored. Play a week or so. Wander off and forget about it... get *really* bored again... the cycle goes on.
Played about 2 mths stopped.........played again 3 mths later... i played it for 1 yr then stopped... 14.99 a month plus what you pay for internet .. i just said screw it.. ill stick to my xbox360..
Play'd WOW since the beginning. Addicted for years, now log on a few times a month to talk to my WOW friends. They live in Arkansas and I live in Oregon.
WoW Experience :
Beta - Closed
Beta - Open (quit before Launch)
After first expansion - played a few characters to level 40ish...
After Lich King Exansion - played 1 Character to 76, one to 50ish, then Mobo on PC died (several months ago)
Current : Just started again (with 76 above)
I'm not the biggest fan, but it's the game my guild is playing atm...
Main : Corb
Level : 77
Class : Mage
Server : The Venture Co.
I've been playing MMO's since EQ1. I am looking forward to Star Wars : The Old Repbulic. I saw the press demo at E3 this year and it's looking good.
Eve was sweet! I played the trial, and thought it was really cool. I just didnt see me being dedicated enough to shell out the steep price for it per month.
I use to play but when I got my undead soldier to lvl 60 and had to spend hours just waiting to get a raid together, then another doing the raid, and getting nothing for it really killed it for me!
Played since launch, addicted... played in quite a hardcore raid guild at 60 for a year or 2... then I moved to play with some work friends, raided with them. Levelled up with all the expansions and stopped recently to move in with the boyfriend.
Currently messing about on Aion with a friend and playing Heroes of Newerth
I have an 80 mage and a 60 mage. Not playing currently. It's not my favorite MMO, but it's what most of my friends are playing until SW:TOR comes out. I play for a few months, then don't for a few months, rinse, repeat.
My first experience was in Beta, and I didn't care for it at all. I really started playing more hard core in the last year (since there is a dearth of good MMOs atm...)
