2GB of RAM :(

Both have two gigs of ram. It's funny how some complain about "only" having 2 gigs of ram for android while iOS just chugs along with only one or two gigs.
Yeah, I don't really care that much about numbers. I care more about actual performance. iPhones have almost always had less RAM than the high-end Android phones, and they've still run smoothly. When the Moto X 2013 came out, there were folks saying the processor wasn't high-end enough, but it was also fine. The few videos I've seen of the Nexus 5x in action lead me to believe performance is fairly smooth (hopefully Marshmallow and whatever's coming down the pipe will optimize for the specs of Nexus devices).

I was disappointed when I read that the phone only had 2GB of RAM however, it doesn't appear to affect performance noticably. Everything's pretty slick. Having said that, my last phone was an N4 with 2GB of RAM so I'm not used to the fastest phones around.

Don't underestimate your Nexus 4.;) It's quad-core Snapdragon S4 pro processor can still handle all the new apps and game really well. If a 32gig option was ever available, I would be all over it.
