$65 For A New-Open Box - Good Deal?

So, Rakuten is selling this for $145 (the next two days), but you can get an $80 discount if you get their MasterCard charge card. Is this a good deal?

If you have a Samsung phone to go w/it,I say yes,even the $145 is a decent deal.
Only reason I'm Jumping mine to the Gear S2 is my daily driver now is an LG V10.

Swapped where? From the original place of purchase (rakuten website)? I can't imagine they'd do that since they'd know you already purchased it from them.

Exchanging it with another site/store I'm guessing wouldn't happen because you didn't purchase it there...

Most retailers will check serial numbers on the outside of the box and match them to the serial numbers on the receipt for electronics. I would check with the seller about any return policy and warranty on the item. They have a good rating and have an email address listed at the bottom of this page.
