Help Somebody hacked my Google Talk see my conversation

I was chatting with my brother Joseph with Google Talk on my incredible. He's chatting using a computer at work and i'm using google talk on my phone via Wifi at my home. We're both using google talk. There's was another person on my end of the phone chatting with my brother and I didn't notice it. The text highlighted Red is the douchbag hacker. My name is Austin in the conversation. So this douchbag was telling my brother where my sister lived. In the end, it seems as there were a networking problem but I have no idea.

Red text = 3rd person

That's the first thing I did. never noticed it happens alot with aim too, i don't chat much on aim.

That's what I thought at the end of conversation when he says that my brother is wasting his time. Something wrong with Google talk.

This hacker even said " this is not Austin" even though my brotheR never said my name. Hacker already knew my name.

gtalk logs into multiple places at once, so its possible you left a session open somewhere else and they were able to use your account that way, no hacking required

I have one place I use Google talk and that's my phone and my gmail password was really weak so ichanged it. I found on Google support forum, somebody else had similar problem that the hacker took their account and used their g talk.
