I have an lg f60 ms395, it was rooted n had custom recovery. It asked to update so I did. It got stuck in a boot loop so I tried s/w update tool half way through it stopped working so I tried again same results. Now it is stuck in fastboot no recovery or download mode available. Computer dose see it in fastboot but I can't fix it. Can someone help me.

Yeah unfortunately, they thought it would be a good idea to disable fastboot in the lollipop firmware. So if you're sure you're set up correctly to issue fastboot commands but they are not processing, then life just got a whole lot more difficult. Just for reference, when you type a command such as fastboot reboot, you should see those exact words output on the phone's screen. The problem is, it just doesn't perform the command. It knows you typed it, just doesn't process it into an action. If that describes your case then here's your less than simple fix:

You've got a long way to go before you can use a kdz. And for this process you'll need a tot instead of a kdz.

Also I took the phone apart none of the contacts are present

Right, the basic process would be the same but we'd need to find your contact point, it'll be different due to your having a different model board. Nonetheless, the first step will be my checking to see if I have the necessary files to repair in your case. And we may need to find a tot which may or may not be available for your device. I'll check what I have and get back to you later tonight.

Hey man, sorry to report that I don't have the files to fix a snapdragon 410. So unless somebody else has secured them, which I have not seen in my travels, then you are sadly out of luck. You can ask if anyone in our F60 forums has figured a workaround for the non working fastboot but its been common to most/all LG's running LP so I'm afraid you may be stuck here. The kdz can't be applied without download mode.

My fault for some reason, I was thinking you had a G3. I'd just come from the G3 forums and had you confused with another user I was working with. Let me check my resources tonight and see if I have files for the F60.
Ok thank u so much
