I also have a galaxy grand prime with a flashing yellow triangle, custom binary blocked by frp, that is not properly backed up,king root(dont know what version) busy box, su x legacy . so if that can be saved would save alot of money, metro s new policy of not being able to buy another phone(on sale) until 90 days has passed is bs, you must pay full price on ALL PHONES to me seems very bad for business. again all help definitely. Welcome.im a 61 1/2 year old amateur..Cheers AEON 1

If i remember correctly after replying to a thread you posted prior... Pretty sure it was you because i thought you just needed tethering but you stated you had no PC access... Anyways if you have a PC you could use this link. Boot into download mode and flash the files needed.

If you don't have a PC, no clue.....

Ok with the Grand Prime, hmm best bet is to find someone who has rooted it and have them pull the recovery and boot.img then convert them to Odin flashable files. Then flash them in Odin.

Or try Smart switch by Samsung. I made a reading error, and thought you had a grand core. So ignore the earlier link. I will see what i can do as far as getting you the correct recovery and boot.img to fix the device.

First download odin3 v3.09,stock
samsung galaxy grand prime.md5,samsung mobile usb driver installer, usb cable=unzip odin3.zip on your desktop, then run samsung mobile usb driver setup, when setup finishes, open the odin3 folder on your desk top, find the odin3 icon then left click on it and a menu will pop up find on the list run as administrator...and click that option as well as yes on the next pop up that says proceed as administrator, now odin3 3.09 the samsung mobile device flashing program should be open, now ready the device by pressing key combo-volume down+power+home till green android appears woth option volume down:restart-volume up:comtinue.of course contonue...
Now you should see a screen that say's: Do not remove from usb.
Now the phone is ready.
Now back to odin3 on the pc,look at the first box located at the top left corner of you screen and see if you notice if it says connected,if yes then your device is connected, now locate button PDA and click on it,and it will take you to you documents, now locate the samsung galaxy grand prime.md5.zip in you pc and select it;find start button at the bottem right of screen and click on it and you should now see a green bar filling up on the pc,and a blue bar on the device, when both bars are filled you get a notice of success and your device will reboot itself;if by chance the bar goes red and says fail, disconnect the usb and remove the battery you can then reinsert the battery and try again, and addition you can attempt this process as many times you like it will not put the computer at any risks at all...

With multiple models of the Galaxy grand prime you would need to post the model number. Also posting your email address is a bad idea...

Have you tried a factory reset?

Getting closer...the triangle that show 2 pc beside them and ask you to connect to samsung kies just mean it was disconnected or shut of while it was downloading a important file or you ran and apk that integrated with the devices system the wrong way,but can still be restored, this screen you described is called download mode, don't turn power off pull battery out when exiting this mode,in this mode you must connect the device to a pc that is running the Odin3 3.09 Samsung mobile device flasher and have a stocksamsunggalaxygrandprime.md5 file placed in the pda selection grid then select start.the pc and device should do the rest don't disconnect till the progress bars are filled and read success.
