Help locking settings only

One of my peeves with lollipop is that I constantly find I inadvertantly am moving shortcuts around on the home screens. And seem to be inadvertantly holding a blank space down and have the dialog come up
where you can rearrange the icons or remove or whatever around. I wish there was a drop down button that would disable this (on/off). I have a S6 active and guess what.....Im active. I was able to find an app to lock the volume keys. But damn android is sensitive. It feels sometimes like everytime I pull it out of my soft holster or pocket something is new to contend with and get it back to default usage. I dont want a hard holster. Nor do I want to baby it when Im not using it. With buttons on all sides its like a mine.
anyone know of a simple app to help with this?
