Help htc one m8 unlocking

hello! i just try to unlock my htc one m8. but i can't get my token from (fastboot oem get_identifeir_token). i just enter after this command its showing "waiting for device".....like this. Please help solve in this problem.

Sounds like your missing drivers.

Don't know if it's just a typo in your post, but make sure you're spelling for the command is 100% correct. Also, link to the guide in the Root M8 sub-forum as has some trouble-shooting info in case it is a drivers issue:
