I gather you want the software uploaded to a server so you and others can acquire it from there.

That'll probably happen at some point; many leakers would like that opportunity.

I think a lot of people here will be able to do it. Just that the update isnt being sent to very many yet. You need to hope someone a little more tech savvy, or someone at least willing to try to be gets the update. Rather than other average users like myself.
It apparently involves downloading some program, and connecting your phone to the PC and using that program while the update happens.
