Voice Recognition Answering and Ending Calls

Went to Settings - Accessibility - Answering and ending calls - Enabled Using Voice Commands - The Answer voice command works good but how do I actually hang up? The Reject command, I assume just rejects an incoming call. But after my conversation is finished, how do I use voice commands to hang up? I realize that the phone will hang up when the other end hangs up, but what if they don't; then they can just be quiet and listen in to my conversations I am having while driving my car. Also is there a voice command or app that can actually dial a phone number or a contact?
